Very good value for money

Liked: The location is very good, I was able to leave my bags in early and pay 10 for a late checkout, staff are lovely
Disliked: I was up the top of the stairs and it's a really steep stairs and a long climb up

BED BUGS

Liked: NOTHING! IT'S A GROSS PLACE!!
Disliked: It's the worst hotel I've stayed in my 30-plus years of travelling. The room was small, which I could have managed; however, the smell and cleanliness were absolutely disgusting. The pillow cover was dirty, but the gross was BED BUGS everywhere. I had to leave and find a cleaner and more comfortable accommodation. DON'T STAY HERE if you are looking for a clean room and an absence of bed bugs.

Liked: It had an excellent Indian Restaurant. We stayed on the way back home too and were upgraded as there were rooms available...really lovely staff. They had gluten free beer in the bar. Comfortable beds, very clean. Good ensuite
Disliked: They didn't have gluten free bread for breakfast...even though I stated this on my booking ..easy to get it in supermarket. Also gf cereals could be easily found in any supermarket

Liked: Convenient and central to the arena we wanted to be at, literally opposite the hotel Communication was fantastic.
Disliked: Nothing, met all of our needs.

Took my partner there for...

Liked: The bed was clean and comfortable. Basic room no faffing. Quiet in the room we were in.
Disliked: The aesthetics externally are a tad dingy but that made no difference to our stay and is only a superficial comment. Couldn’t fault it

Liked: Comfy bed good size room
Disliked: Very and I mean very steep stairs to the room we were on the 2nd floor if you have bad legs or knees this hotel is not for you banisters on the stairs could do with a good clean
