The facilities were nice albeit...

Liked: Near the theater.
Disliked: No food served at pools although the staff consistently thought that the establishments were open. There were problems with concierge and their communication.

Liked: amenities are nice. however, they property is showing its age.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our room was adjacent to a newborn baby. No further information needed.The doorless shower kept flooding the bathroom floor. The drainage system needs upgrading.

Our group enjoyed the time...

Liked: The recreation areas
Disliked: We were Not able to eat at the Canyon Restaurant because it was a group of 13. And they said that we should make a reservation… so we left.

Beautiful stay, need help when...

Liked: The grounds are beautiful. Lots of places to walk around and hang out. Very beautiful
Disliked: Our check in time was delayed by two and a half hours because they were full for the weekend. We did not have enough bedding and had to call multiple times. They rang the room phone in the middle of the day when my child was napping

Waste of money and time.

Liked: The property is located in a very remote area. There is nothing to do.
Disliked: Their Starbucks coffee tasted like dirty sock water. Very remote location. Pool was under construction.

The stay was very relaxing
