It would have been perfect...

Liked: The property is clean and very good for a group like ours. The location is perfect with great views of the mountains!
Disliked: Unfortunately when we came in, one of the rooms wasn’t ready yet despite the hotel’s late check-in policy which is 4pm. Got our keys at 5:30 pm and guess what? The AC at unit 4927 is leaking so when we entered the unit to the right, the floor is wet. We have seniors on our group and the slippery floor posed a danger for them. We called the front desk and maintenance but no one came in to check nor even bothered to call us back. I informed the front desk upon checking out but all we got was a “thank you for letting me know so we can make sure the room is good for the next guest”. What about us? We paid more than $770 for that unit in one night and no one seemed to care! I was very disappointed since this isn’t our first time on this resort. We have plans to go back but I am not sure now after what happened.

We really enjoyed our stay....

Liked: I was very pleased with the room. There was plenty of towels in the room. The pool was also nice and heated. The shampoo and conditioner smelled great!
Disliked: It was hard to get to the other pools. We were trying to drive to one with a water slide but one of the roads was blocked and we couldn’t get through. We had no body wash in the dispenser so we had to use bar soap. It would be nice if the air hockey table and foosball worked properly as well.

Bad

Disliked: I was locked out of our room for almost 2 hours and no access to the pool . Never received a call back from the manager and staff where rude on the phone.

Liked: one of the pools was somewhat nicer.
Disliked: dirty and crowded poolno eating options on the property. the nearest restaurant is 3 miles awayvey outdated, room was not clean

Disliked: Get there at 10 pm. The room wasn't ready, so it made us wait for the room. we just got a few hours of sleeping

Liked: The room was great for me and my grandkids. They loved all the activities and the slide at the pool. We went to the Monday farmers market for dinner . So much to choose from everyone was happy.
Disliked: Everything was great. Wished the slide stayed open later,but all was good.
