Liked: The many things the property offers , to entertain your family
Disliked: Second party pressuring you to buy timeshare. Your there on vacation to get you mind off bills and work not having to feel the pressure on getting into getting more bill on your plate

Disliked: Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready upon our arrival . Check in is at 4:00pm and we didn’t get a room until 5:30 pm and the pool slide was closed by the time we could get to the pool at 6:00pm. The room was also not clean and ready even after the delay. The coffee pot and complementary coffee grounds and creamers had been used and left in the basket. The hot water boiler was making a whistling noise from 8:00pm well after midnight. If you are planning to use the pool slides, I suggest you call ahead it closes early and isn’t open every day . Such a disappointment when it’s the entire reason we stayed and the website doesn’t share the information.We stayed in the 2 Room Villa for $650 a night. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. I asked for a manager to call me and was told she forgot and went home. The front desk offered a resort credit and the resort fee was waived. This was completely unacceptable . The management team really could care less about customer service.

Disliked: Staff wasn't very friendly an hard to get in touch with.... location was horrible not near anything... especially good food

Nice, relaxing and family friendly...

Liked: The room was clean, services was speedy and we enjoyed the location.
Disliked: We only had 2 coffee mugs in the room and upon requesting more, was told that there none available.

It was wonderful time spent...

Liked: Had tons of things to do for the kids and had a good feel to it.
Disliked: Door was broken in our room and maintenance never came to fix. I asked 3 different times. It was letting bugs and cold air in. Rooms could use a good paint job or deep clean

Liked: The quietness and familiarity. The views out of our windows. Accessibility to pool and amenities.
Disliked: Neighbors smoking at night.

Overpriced

Liked: Spacious but this unit was smaller than some other Villas on the green that I had stayed at in the past
Disliked: Minimal amenities in bathroom, the check in person put me in a building very far and isolated after I told her I was traveling alone and it was dark when I got there. She seemed a bit put of that the reservation was booked by a 3rd party. The ridiculous hours for the coffee shop and restaurant are extremely inconvenient. This hotel is run like an old fashioned mom and pop resort. Closing a restaurant 2 days per week when the hotel is full is bad for business. There are very limited food options close by.
