Very good
Liked: You need to have breakfast restaurant available early in the morning. Also need more golf carts available more rapidly.

Will not be back was...
Liked: Location , views , the only pool worth going to is the mountain villas in the entire resort
Disliked: Finding disgusting bed linens the first night full of hair and yellow stains , dead bugs all in the bedrooms , dust , roach in the bathroom , soap scum on the shower heads! I have pictures of all this ! Rude front desk person! Pool / hot tubs closed ! Ceiling fan only has one setting and very loud !My child and I both had bites all on our necks and back probably from bed bugs !

Not happy
Liked: Room was spacious
Disliked: Im an owner and I’m very upset that I spent 360.00 of groceries and we got to the facility at 4 to check in. Room was not ready until 7pm unfortunately some of my food went bad from staying in the heat of our vehicle I got very sick I had food poisoning from a dinner I had made w our food as an owner I’m very unhappy that a day w out our room for all I spent to stay there not happy at all. I made a written statement. We were told someone will reach out to us to help and still haven’t heard anything

Amazing place to rest!
Liked: I really like the cleanliness, comfort, view and security of the place. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The only negative part was the internet. This place only offers free wifi for a limited number of devices. So the whole family won't get free wifi.

Liked: Location and views were beautiful!
Disliked: Our room had a lot of broken maintenance items- the dryer didn’t work, the shower was clogged so you would be standing in water every time someone showered, the bedroom light flickered so bad you couldn’t turn it on as it looked like a strobe light. I believe these items should be caught upon someone checking in. They are basic and noticeable, yet were dismissed by housekeeping staff, therefore it made for an unpleasant experience for guests. Especially, not having a dryer. When you are on vacation you don’t want to put maintenance requests in and make sure someone came by to fix it, if I wanted that I wouldn’t have left my home.
