Nice hotel for a couple...

Liked: Location is great to visit the Big Sur area. The shared space with the pit fire is really nice.
Disliked: The room was ok but the carpet is stained and dirty. The water was warm and not hot and I personally don’t like the tub!

We’ll definitely stay here again...

Liked: Very clean, modern, great cafe/bar, good location close to CalPoly. Hotel staff were awesome, especially Hamed, who was super helpful, courteous, and professional.
Disliked: Small fitness center.

Perfect place for a stopover...

Disliked: Onsite restaurant not very health conscious with limited vegetarian options

Disliked: First floor room was very noisy, both from children constantly running up and down hallways, and from the room above me. I also did not like the sheer white curtains in the window that allowed people from the outside to see inside, and there was no way to completely close the dark "black out" curtains.

Disliked: Could be better maintained. The ceiling in the bathroom was flaky and had signs of rust. Caulking around the bathtub is also not the best. Heard all footsteps overhead. We were on 2nd floor. We paid $307 total for a king room including $12 for parking. For a hotel like this in other cities, we haven’t had to pay for parking. It was 1 mile from downtown. It felt expensive like San Francisco prices. The body wash was very drying for my skin and there was no hand wash for the sink.

Liked: Justin at the front desk was top notch. Provided great customer service. Friendly. Knowledgable. Great attitude.Room was clean and comfortable with great amenities.
Disliked: In the restaurant, it would be nice to have a second staff member to take food orders. Each morning we were tight on time. We had to wait a bit to order our food due to all the fancy coffee drinks being ordered by others.
