Nice bed and breakfast, but...

Liked: Lounge was nice ,extras in room eg nice biscuits, earbuds in bathroom .good information pack. Very nice building.
Disliked: Room 1 was very small, hot and airless and a nasty odour from the bathroom.

Liked: The host James was friendly and welcoming. Great position and only few minutes walk to the beach front. Lovely breakfast with local produce. Room was comfortable for a solo traveller. Nice little touches in the room - box of tissues, cotton wool pads and cotton buds. Nice hand soap and shower gel in bathroom.
Disliked: There was a false finger nail on the bathroom floor from previous occupant. A mat in the bath would have good as I recently had a hip replacement.

Just perfect

Liked: Breakfast was very good. All fresh local produce. James's mentioned he was a bit of a "foodie" this reflected on the breakfasts, great presentation and taste..

Liked: The breakfast choice and quality were excellent
Disliked: Lack of shelf space in the bathroom. This was more significant because we were staying for a week. Shorter stays would not be impacted as much.Slightly cramped no dressing table or mirror.
