Just a minute's walk from the fantastic views of South Bay The Waves is a Victorian house with stylish comfortable and luxurious guest bedrooms and a guest lounge complete with 1970s jukebox. Conveniently located - the beach town center and Stephen Joseph Theater can all be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The famous cliff elevator leading to Scarborough Spa complex can be reached in a minutes walk. Free parking is provided either on our private driveway or by free permit for on-street spaces. Helpful hosts live on-site and are available to answer any questions you may have.

Amazing , clean and lovely...

Liked: Lovely hosts with excellent facilities, place was immaculate and welcoming down to fine details, got to say it was the best B&B we have stayed in. Breakfast was lovely nothing too much trouble we would highly recommend this place.

Welcoming and nothing to much...

Liked: An absolute gem of a place to stay in Scarborough. We got the most delicious homemade cake on arrival. Every detail has been thought through. Exceptionally clean and comfy and the perfect place to stay for the spa. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful.

Beautifully modernized Guest House in...

Liked: The modernized property was very tastefully done. I loved everything. Would definitely go again. Emma was very lovely and attentive and breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The fact we were on the top floor having to climb three lots of stairs. We are not that fit...sadly but managed it.
