Overpriced accommodation for a standard...

Liked: Location & the bar.
Disliked: Food wasn’t great. Mashed potato with dinner had been re-heated and had a skin on it. Porridge in the morning was from a packet.

Liked: Staff were helpful,Bar was nice,Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Room was cold,couldn,t turn on central heating,top window was open could not access it to close,TV continually turning off,Bathroom floor had not been cleaned,Room not value for the money.

Not great. Only plus was...

Liked: Food was fabulous.
Disliked: Room was tiny, I had to shimmy down side of bed to visit toilet during the night. No chairs or desk. Had to sit on end of bed to watch tv. Came home with aching neck. A room without a view, other than back yard.

Satisfactory for short break, food...

Liked: Twin room, modern. Warm, comfortable. Clean.TV remote faulty.
Disliked: All ladies toilets for bar/restaurant customers were blocked or out of use Monday. I believe this is a regular occurance when hotel is busy. How can you expect waiting/bar staff to sort this?
