Liked: Excellent location Good food & breakfast was excellent
Disliked: If anything the shower room needs updating But working perfectly. It's an old building

Would go back definitely

Liked: Great location and the bar facilities front seating area and beer garden were excellent. Showed the sports which was essential for the golf. The bar team were first class, friendly and went that extra mile.
Disliked: The quality of the food was not up to standard and green long could do better in terms of the produce brought in

Overpriced/could be a gem

Liked: I loved the location, perfect place on the main street accessibility is good for lochs resteraunts and shops.
Disliked: Well simply over priced for the standard of bathroom and room, bathroom had obvious leaks reported and damp floor. Not well maintained. Restaurant food is greene king menu but half the menu was off because of failure to source ingredients. Drinks again extraordinarily high priced 3.35 for can of soda/fizzies just to put people in the bracket of prices. So alcohol would be god knows what. Overall bring money and enjoy the scenery outside the room

Ok, but needs to be...

Liked: It was centrally located, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfy, the food on site was very reasonably priced and was quite nice in a chain pub type way. There are electric car chargers within 5 min walk.
Disliked: The room was needing a freshen up, loads of marks on the walls etc., the shower rail wasn’t attached at the bottom, the cups needed a wash, and the view from our room (1) was an extraction unit. I know this is difficult to avoid, someone has to have that view, but still not great. Understandably the windows are only able to open a small amount but this left the room very warm. Thankfully, after reading another review we packed a fan. Without it the room would have been uncomfortable, especially as the duvet seemed high tog for summer.
