Superb

Liked: Beds mega comfy. Quiet location but loads to do in the surrounding area. Really good food.
Disliked: Building a little dated but very comfortable.

Superb

Liked: Ideal location for the Scottish Borders, lovely river walk to the town of Melrose from hotel.We used it as not too far from North Berwick for the golf we attended.

Don’t book it! Would rather...

Liked: Nothing at all to like.
Disliked: Miserable, damp,smelly hotel. Room was less than basic with the tiniest bathroom I ve ever seen. Shower just dribbles out water. Bed was tiny and rock hard. Windows only open an inch so room was hot and stuffy and smelled musty and damp and covered in mould. No welcome or info on arrival apart from “breakfast is 8-9”. Didn’t stay for breakfast even though we d booked b&b as couldn’t wait to leave.
