I had a great time...

Liked: The property was very spacious, the beds were comfortable. The location of the property was absolutely perfect. 5 minute walk from the beach, just downstairs were dozens of food options. The facilities were also fabulous. The pool was clean and quite large. The spa was incredibly relaxing. I loved the fact that there was a female only and male only sauna. The bbq area is absolutely huge and the gym was a pretty good size. The staff were also very friendly and happy to answer questions. They gave me as much laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper as I needed.
Disliked: I had 2 rooms booked as we were a larger party. I booked the sub penthouse and a 3 bedroom apartment. The penthouse was almost double the size of the 3 bedder and the tv was half the size in the penthouse. I don’t understand as to why a bigger space would have a smaller tv. Also the tv in the sub penthouse would go blurry randomly and the sound quality was up to scratch. Another thing I found in both rooms for rust in the bathrooms in both apartments. The toilet bowl in the 3 bedder was stained green, after showering, water would get underneath the door and get everything soaked. For the price point, I would’ve expected these things to be maintained and checked regularly. The bugs and pests in both apartments was honestly atrocious. We killed about 5 cockroaches in 5 days. I’ve stayed at a good amount of hotels and apartments and have never experienced a problem with cockroaches. The locks on all the door didn’t work properly. You would have to apply a light amount of pressure and the doors would open. The sliding door in the ensuite of the penthouse was a mission to lock. Again for the price point I never thought I would have to worry about the locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors. Lastly, the utensils. The knife’s specifically were all dull. Every single one of them couldn’t cut a tomato properly. I would’ve also liked to have a milk frother instead of having to buy a coffee every morning.

Disliked: Old furniture and fittings, cockroaches, property smelled disgusting, paid a lot of money to stay next to a construction site which was so loud it gave me a headache and we weren’t told about it

Disliked: Air con smell trouble was the only issue. But we thought the staff handled it very well with a complimentary night.

2nd time staying there but...

Disliked: Was over charged for the room until i picked it up then refunded the money.there was a bit a Maintenace requeued in this room such as Kitchen carboard doors falling off, clothes dryer not working properly.bathroom floor tiles moving a lot New building next door so work always started by 7am if not earlier
