Good

Excellent hotel for a family....

Liked: Excellent pool and gym. Room was very big with massive balcony. Location could not be any better. Although on the Broadbeach mall strip, absolutely no noise…excellent position.
Disliked: No service to the room as here for a week only. But Laundry facilities meant we could do our own washing…which was fine.

Liked: A fabulous apartment with great views and supplied everything we needed for 3 couples

Great location, nicely appointed

Liked: It was clean, tidy, nice balcony, centrally located, nicely appointed, well equiped
Disliked: The toliet paper (poor quality) and the lack of blankets for sitting on the lounge or as an extra on the bed.

We had a great appartement...

Liked: Fantastic location with restaurant's all around. Oasis shopping centre right next door and beach is only a 300 - 400m walk. Had a great apartment and the reception staff were fantastic. Loved our stay there.
Disliked: Nothing to not like. Everything was great.

We had an extremely enjoyable...

Liked: I liked that the location was ideal. There were numerous restaurants close by , the light rail was within easy walking distance, the beach was at the end of the street etc etc. The unit was very spacious and certainly value for money.

Great family apartment and facilities...

Liked: We loved the convenience of staying right in the heart of Broadbeach. Parking was easy to negotiate even with a large 4wd vehicle. The apartment was very spacious for a 2BR and we appreciated the additional media room which was great for the teens wanting some privacy. The beds were good but not great. The linens and pillows were all good. Have to say we really enjoyed making the most of all the pools at The Wave. Exciting to hear that the Level 4 pool area is getting a wonderful upgrade - I'll definitely be back to see that when it's completed. Communication from the property regarding the major building works next door was appreciated - they really were quite noisy but understandable and once inside the apartment with the doors closed it wasn't a problem at all
Disliked: No complaints for our stay at all - would have extended if we had the time
