Went here for a birthday...

Liked: Good
Disliked: Beautiful hotel but noise level from laundry room (2 doors up) spoiled stay .. was then moved to another room and music playing loudly at 11pm carried up into room ..had to phone night manager to have it turned off.. spoiled my birthday and time away to relax..would not recommend to family or friends ... you seriously need to rethink laundry room next to deluxe suite... REALLY... GET A OUT HOUSE

Very good

Liked: Great breakfast options. Easy location just south of Largs. Ample parking. Easy journey back to the motorway. Great value for money and very responsive staff. Lovely outdoor space to the rear of the hotel and great views of Arran and Bute.

Exceptional

Liked: First time I have stayed in this hotel and it was a joy! From the huge room with a countryside vista to the splendid breakfast. The staff were helpful and splendidly attired. Ten out of ten a cross the board. Easy.
Disliked: Nothing. TV seemed a tad complicated but I have a history with electrical stuff!!
