Great place!

Liked: Excellent location and staff! I like how they kept the original floors and other architectural items from the original building. Will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The only negative is that everything echoes due to the tile floors in the halls. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible for makeup, etc.

Disliked: I have 3 charges to my cc for $250.00, called on 1/5/2022 to question and the receptionist told me to call back on Friday if the charges were still on the card...Did not give reason or explanation as to why or what...This was the disappointment.

Very good

Liked: Very clean. Great location! Next to The Ohio Club. Easy walking to bath houses, stores, shops, attractions. Staff at the hotel were very professional, friendly, and accomodating. We went to The Rooftop Restaurant at The Waters on another Hot Springs trip in the summertime, and we really liked it. Would be so convenient if staying at The Waters. It had good food, drinks, and a lovely atmosphere and view.
Disliked: Not wild about the "barn door" of the bathroom - but not a big deal, just a personal preference. Liked the shower, wonderful hot water, but the shower's stationary half-door style always allowed water to escape a bit onto the floor with no way to adjust anything to prevent this. We just kept a couple of towels there though, so not really a big deal either. No free parking at the hotel itself. They did have valet parking. We were able to park free overnight on the street and walk a short distance to the hotel.
