Liked: A warm welcome from Ali on reception. Showed me to my room and even offered to carry my case up the stairs!Room was warm with the heating on when I arrived. The room was immaculately clean , well furnished and very comfortable. The huge bed was also very comfortable.Bathroom was modern and again spotless with toiletries, hand wash and tissues all provided.Can't comment on the food/drink as I didn't eat here.Few small stains on the carpet but that didn't bother me as everything else was more than I expected!
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like during my stay! Ideal location for my needs in a very nice area.
