The Watermark Hotel

I'd be happy to stay here again. Being able to walk to our show from the hotel was very convenient.

Liked: The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was fabulous.
Disliked: The pillows are extra soft and not supportive.

A good hotel with potential...

Liked: The room was beautiful and the views were nice. I also enjoyed sitting on the terrace.
Disliked: I didn't like having to go to a different floor to get ice. I had no idea that the ice makers were on the odd floors I found for the cost of the room ice makers should have been on all floors. A small detail the hotel could easily correct. I didn't find the staff friendly or helpful.

Liked: The breakfast was great! Lots of options and great fresh fruit. Delicious !
Disliked: The only thing that was less than ideal was the mattress. Very uncomfortable. Much too hard. It was also a little disappointing that the cleaning people completely missed our room until the last part of the day when we were in the room getting dressed for dinner. We were out all day. Not sure why we got missed.

Liked: We were placed on a very high floor away from noise. Had a birthday card and rose pedals on table for my birthday.
Disliked: The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. We had old stained towels in our room and our balcony would not drain so it was partially flooded the whole time since it rained. Should have had robes and slippers in the room.
