Very good

We loved the location, lodge,food...

Liked: From start to finish the whole experience was better than expected. On arrival staff were very welcoming and the hotel and lodge was lovely clean and well presented.The room was very comfortable.Breakfast was served promptly and on very hot plates which we appreciated as we like to take our time.In the evening we sampled the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc which was one of the nicest we have ever tasted. On leaving the girls at reception were very helpful with our questions re Snowdon, We also received a phone call halfway up mt snowdon to say we left a jacket in the room, which we later collected but had the offer to post it to our home address.We loved the location and would definitely return to the Waterloo and Betsy Coed again.

Liked: Well what can I say absolutely loved this hotel.staff are amazing always on hand polite caring happy .pool was lovely too jacuzzi and steam room sauna room all a good bonus.and we ate every night in the restaurant absolutely amazing food .well done chefs and of course the yummy breakfast
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like .oh yeah didn't want to leave

Comfortable stay but overpriced

Liked: Location. Very central for travelling to all areas in North WalesThe room was clean
Disliked: Very dated for the cost.

Lovely welcoming an relaxed hotel

Liked: Lovely welcoming hotel, nice decor and relaxed bar area. Location was nice, 5/10 min walk into the main village which we preferred as its a bit quieter
Disliked: Only negative the room was very warm, it was a hot weekend and the hotel did provide decent fans in the room but struggled to keep the room cool
