The hotel was beautiful, clean...

Liked: The location was great and an easy walk to the beach and to downtown Huntington. The pools and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: I had called the property and told them I would be a late check-in. I requested a room with a bathtub and a room close to my daughter who is also checking in upon arrival that evening and inspecting my room I called down to the front desk asking for a room with a bathtub. The front desk person was not helpful. I waited till the next day and went down and talked to a manager. They extended their apologies and put me in a room with a bathtub, but still really far from my daughter. We were stranded outside our room for a short time, waiting for facilities to come and replace the battery in our lock.

Liked: Near the beach, the pool is nice with a lot of friendly staff! The food is great too. My daughter typically doesn’t finish her burger but this time she finished it and note its a double patty! I would also like to commend Tamara, Jordyn, Alejandra, Stephanie (the waitress in the pool) and another hispanic lady who i didn’t get the name but she is so nice esp to my wife
Disliked: Well, i already mentioned it to front desk but our fridge was broke. It didn’t cool when we arrived, I told the staff and they send someone immediately but it didn’t cool till the following day. It ruined our yogurt and our probiotic drink. Also the room is so warm! I already put it to 65F but still didn’t cool which made it difficult for my pregnant wife.
