We went, now we know....

Disliked: The swimming pool area seems like it had better days. Lots of hype about the pool area, but it is no better than what other hotels have. Small room. Had a view on the roof with vent ducting.

Liked: Location is good. Room is comfortable and had hot water for showering with good pressure.
Disliked: Fee for pet friendly room. If it is $30 for three nights, why was I charged $30 for one night? Way overpriced. Totally shocked by how dirty/black the floor was after wiping up water.No free treats or poop bags in room.
