Excellent, would stay again!

Liked: Room was amazing! Stayed on the 22nd floor and view was so cool. Very clean with services daily.
Disliked: One of our lights didn’t work but it didn’t bother us much.

A Great Place to Stay...

Liked: Very friendly welcome, well located and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms do need a general refresh but this wouldn't put me off.

Liked: Location, original architecture. Most of the staff.
Disliked: The night we arrived the staff was very nice. When we check out on March 31st the next day different staff was there and she was not nice. Her attitude was very dry and when I asked her to please send me an email of my invoice she said she did twice and was not true, she didn’t want to print it either. I wanted to see my charges there from the hotel not only from booking and she was borderline with rude.
