Liked: Quiet. Comfy beds. Plenty of parking. Nice staff. No traffic noise. Good location vis a vis Bayfield and Ashland. Will stay again next time going to Big Top Chautauqua. No issues when we cut off one day of our stay when we arrived.
Disliked: Surprised no breakfast, but not an issue for us because we usually go out for coffee when traveling. Next time we’ll insist on second floor. Little noisy one night from above. Wish AC was a little quieter.

Liked: Great location. Clean friendly atmosphere. Reasonable rates
Disliked: No elevator to get to second floor. Ok for us ; just thinking about wheelchair bound individuals

Very enjoyable with beautiful scenery...
Liked: Good location by the lake and the Harbor Table next door had great food.
Disliked: Several room key cards didn't work amd had to be replaced at the office.

Liked: Location was good but not exceptional. No lake view for the price charged.
Disliked: Needs serious updating. Entry uneven and doors had to be held open and were narrow. Ice machine in hall was very noisy.

Overpriced with limited amenities
Liked: It was close to our final destination, Bayfield, Wisconsin.
Disliked: Heating was by radiator and the A/C by wall unit. We needed the a/c, and it was blasting on and off all night. Neither my wife nor I got any sleep. The Inn has very limited amenities. No pool, no business center, no gym, no restaurant, no snack bar, no elevator, no complimentary breakfast, etc.. Standard cable TV, but no streaming. The "lounge" consists of two tables, four chairs, and a small microwave. $225 a night is not a good value when you can get far more in other hotels for less. But this is the only place around for miles, so you are stuck with this or finding a B&B. I would suggest a nearby B&B or staying in Ashland, WI instead.
