Lovely hotel nice location and...

Liked: Very comfortable

Had a nice stay for...

Liked: The room was lovely and spacious, the staff were accommodating & friendly. The pool area was fab and the separate children’s area was a nice touch. The lifeguard on duty that morning got some floaties out for my little boy, they were super chatty and gave me some great recommendations for things to do in Stratford.
Disliked: We were woken up at 6.15/6.30am by the cleaning team banging around the floor with their trolleys, cupboards were banged shut also. This meant the 3 of us were awake at that time on what was my husbands birthday and we wanted a lie in and relaxing morning. We stayed in room 20 which is directly across from the cleaning cupboards. There was little consideration for those who may still be sleeping at that hour. I would stay again however would ask for a different room away from any disturbances.

Liked: Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful couldn't fault them at all. The duty manager went above and beyond to sort an issue with our AC
Disliked: Beds uncomfortably hard

Not somewhere I would rush...

Liked: The location was lovely. We needed to be in leamington during our stay and it was easy to get to
Disliked: The beds are really uncomfortable. It's an expensive premier inn equivalent. Front desk staff were pleasant. Restaurant staff need alot more training on what customer service actually means. First time I have sent calamari back for being over cooked. The mushroom pie had no mushrooms in it. The blue cheese burger was dry and un-inspiring. The staff don't actually know what they are serving as we had to swap starters one evening. How you can get cauliflower bites with mayo dip and chicken bonbons with no dip mixed up not sure.

Ok, but front of house...

Liked: The room was spacious and able to accommodate us as a family of four. There wasn’t a fridge in the room.
Disliked: The staff were not attentive or helpful at front desk. Facilities or breakfast arrangements were not explained, we were not welcomed. When we left we weren’t asked if we had a nice stay. Our children were not acknowledged. The staff at breakfast were lovely- Jack and Carey. They went out their way to support us. The breakfast was good and the children enjoyed the swim. The staff at the pool were also kind.
