We had a very pleasant stay at the Warwick Rittenhouse. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff both at the door and inside were very cordial and helpful. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Very clean. Pleasant helpful staff. Great location.
Disliked: Shower stall would spill water because the shower curtain was not long enough at the bottom.

The Warwick was the perfect...

Liked: I was attending Drexel Medical school graduation. The Warwick is within walking distance of where the graduation was held. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The Warwick offers valet parking which was great because we arrived late at night. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: For the price the rooms are dingy. Some fresh paint and carpeting would help.

Never again

Liked: Great area, loved the location Staff friendly
Disliked: Breakfast in the Spice Finch was poor - limited options and cold eggs when arrived. Bluestone Lane café refused to seat us as we had 2 people and only tables for four available. Coffee mediocre even for US standards. Room was noisy - air conditioning was loud enough to wake the dead when it turned on automatically in the middle of the night. Every time someone in an adjoining room (all 8 beside/above/below) turned on a tap, had a shower, flushed a toilet, it sounded like a jumbo jet was landing in the room. In an 9 day stay, I never got fresh sheets

Over night stay, mostly just...

Disliked: Night bell man not attentive too busy talking to a friend that was around for at least a half hour. Saggy pants. Blet not right enough. Looked bad when bending over.

I would / will come...

Liked: Staff was exceedingly professional and helpful. Had a problem with my air conditioning not working, and they fixed it by the time I returned from dinner!
Disliked: Shower is slippery. No handrails to hold on to, so it felt precarious...but bath products were lovely!

Beautiful hotel with a great...

Liked: There was construction across the road from the hotel. We were moved to a room that was quieter. The person attending to us, might not have received enough training. The room had not been serviced and maintenance had not been there for a long time. The toilet ran all night and we had to keep opening the back to make it stop. Then the handle broke. The water did not drain out of the bath, and we had to shower in ankle deep water. The air conditioner was loud all night. After returning from breakfast, our room entry cards would not let us back into our room It was my birthday. The manager of the hotel was truly a treasure, she was calm , efficient, professional and helpful. She offered us a discount on our stay.
Disliked: See above.
