The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

We had a very pleasant stay at the Warwick Rittenhouse. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff both at the door and inside were very cordial and helpful. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Shower stall would spill water because the shower curtain was not long enough at the bottom.

Liked: The location was convenient.
Disliked: The furniture was worn in the lobby and room, scraped and with stuffing coming out. The carpet was filthy! The towels were stained and mismatched! The bathroom was very cramped.

Liked: Design of the hotel was nice. It is historic and needs some remodeling but they are in the process of do renovations.
Disliked: nothing.

VERY run down in need...

Liked: Lovation was decent, staff was nice, coffee shop was really good
Disliked: Place was completely run down in my opinion (except for the lobby, which was super nice!), the rooms were so shabby, the bathrub was peeling paint, the beds were so old and springy, the furnture old. For what was paid per night, it was def not what I expected at all. It was clean, but I will find another place next time.

Huge, well-appointed rooms, great part...

Liked: really liked this hotel. modern but unpretentious. Huge, well-appointed room, well sound-proofed so no disturbance from other guests. Great part of town but quiet street. Very friendly staff who made you feel really welcome.
Disliked: clean but not super clean. net curtains were grubby.

To be homest, I expected...

Liked: The lobby was beautiful. Good location.
Disliked: The room was sub par.The room did not look like the picture. Toiletries were small and not enough for 2 people. Bathroom was dated and the patch job in the shower was horrible. Also, 50.00 dollars for parking was insane. You spend a lot of money to stay at the hotel and parking can not even be included?
