The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia

We had a very pleasant stay at the Warwick Rittenhouse. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The staff both at the door and inside were very cordial and helpful. The room was large and bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Liked: Very clean. Pleasant helpful staff. Great location.
Disliked: Shower stall would spill water because the shower curtain was not long enough at the bottom.

Huge, well-appointed rooms, great part...

Liked: really liked this hotel. modern but unpretentious. Huge, well-appointed room, well sound-proofed so no disturbance from other guests. Great part of town but quiet street. Very friendly staff who made you feel really welcome.
Disliked: clean but not super clean. net curtains were grubby.

To be homest, I expected...

Liked: The lobby was beautiful. Good location.
Disliked: The room was sub par.The room did not look like the picture. Toiletries were small and not enough for 2 people. Bathroom was dated and the patch job in the shower was horrible. Also, 50.00 dollars for parking was insane. You spend a lot of money to stay at the hotel and parking can not even be included?

Disliked: Room really dark. Tiles in bathroom cracked. Room needed modernisation and poor. No drinking glasses in bathroom and no shower gels in shower. Poor.

Disappointing

Liked: Great location, parking around corner, friendly staff - but overwhelmed with full occupancy for graduation weekend
Disliked: Our AC was loud and leaked water under carpet causing smelly mold on entire side of room. Housekeeping put towels over wet area, which turned brown. Hotel/city was at full occupancy and we didn’t have time to try to arrange a room change. We notified hotel at checkout. They knew about it already, should not have rented out that room.

Liked: Great location. Great parking garage. Front desk and house keeping were wonderful
Disliked: Rooms were veered outdated. I had to switch rooms between stay. Bigger room was so hot, not the cleanest in terms of carpet and furniture ( couches). Needs a major upgrade. Beds were comfortable. No fridge in junior suite which was extremely inconvenient.
