Average stay.

Liked: Location was good for Warwick town centre and concert in park.
Disliked: Had to wait a while at reception on arrival and departure. Bin not emptied in room. Bed not very comfy. Toilet too crammed in corner. Bath narrow making it difficult to stand for a shower. Bedside lights poor for reading. Breakfast was only average. Poor choice of continental items. Cooked food not very fresh on second day. Parking limited and car park not very easy to find. Not signed.

Liked: Pleasant and helpful staff. Car parking on site convenient and free
Disliked: Bathroom and loo very cramped

Superb

Liked: Staff were very helpful and the food really nice.
Disliked: I couldn't open the bedroom windows on the hottest day of the year. Shower stopped working on day 2 but it was reported and apology issued.

Great stay

Liked: Location was great. Rooms were a good size for an old building. Staff were great. They stored our bags after check out so we could explore.
Disliked: We had a family room but the bathroom door had no lock nor did it shut properly so we had to use a bag to create a jam. Some privacy in the family bathroom would be nice.

Liked: room is great, breakfast r yum, staff are lovely, location is so easy n can walk to lots of things
Disliked: water pressure is not good but I guess can overlook it as the other aspect are great.cant watch tv fr the kids bunk bed so we had to all squeeze in the main bed for a little night tv b4 the kids settle in (which is no biggie)hotel parking is first come first serve and can be stressful if u come back late
