Disappointing experience in well located...

Liked: Staff exceptional and brilliant location.
Disliked: Rooms too hot even with a fan. Small room with just enough room to walk around the bed. Bathroom badly designed so had to sit almost sideways on the toilet . Narrow shower and shower trap filthy hence nasty smell. Discarded tablets left in bedside table drawer.

Cute and personable stay

Liked: Lovely staff - SONIA is awesome. The most loveliest and non judgmental, down to earth, fair staff member ever. So personable and really really friendly. She took so much time with my 5 kids and family and we’re a lot for anyone to deal with. Nice books for kids in hall.Cute bunk bed.Lovely bath soaps. Nice tea stuff in room. WiFi tv in family room. Nice wall paper. Stones throw away from Warwick castle and the high street.
Disliked: Floor extremely lopsided but was expected from an older building. Shower pressure is not great. No fridge in family rooms.

Liked: Location was great and breakfast was superb
Disliked: Room was too hot, really hot day, no windows were open and blinds were fully up, felt like a sauna when we first went in. Because the room was at the front next to the rear car park you can’t keep the windows open as anyone can come in from that way. As for parking if you don’t get there early enough there’s no chance of getting a space and you have to find alternate car parking at an extra cost which isn’t subsidised. Room in general was quite small, fine for one night. Fan provided did nothing but blow hot air, great for one person stays
