Exceeded our expectations
Liked: The Autograph collection hotels have already exceeded my expectations and this was no different. Great location in the city and all the amenities that you would expect. Ground level parking located right in the back of the building with easy access to the rooms. The rooftop and regular lobby bars were amazing. We only stayed one night but everything was great!
Disliked: Lobby is on 2nd floor

The Warrior is an exceptional...
Liked: I picked the Warrior because of it's location to the Orpheum, I was in town for a concert there.
Disliked: This is trivial, but the large shower head was too high & the small one had so much pressure that it sprayed into the bathroom leaving water all over the floor immediately outside of the shower.Also the amenities available at the Warrior aren't available every day. I stayed for just one night, a Monday night, & nothing was open (bowling, restaurant, etc.) so we had a lunch meal in the bar. I would have spent more money at the Warrior on the amenities if they'd been open.

I would never stay there...
Liked: The hotel is beautiful.
Disliked: The location is awful, homeless people everywhere inside and outside of the hotel. We rented out the bowling alley for a get together. The lanes were awful and the server was rude.

Disappointed
Liked: It is nicely remodeled.
Disliked: The room I reserved was not available and my only option was a pull out couch. I’m not okay with this as an option. We have 4 full size people staying and 2 should not have to stay on a pull out couch. We aren’t in middle school. I chose your hotel because it had EV charging only to find out it’s needed to be ‘serviced’ for weeks and wasn’t available or working. This is a huge problem when you need to leave early in the am and ideally fully charged. You now have added two $50 charges to my card without my knowledge or consent. I have no idea what these charges are for. There was no invoice provided to show the charges. I’m very disappointed with the service and general attitude about what a reservation is, especially because I paid in advance. I would not book here or a Marriott again. This needs to be fixed on all fronts. It’s crazy to think you lost yourself as a 5 star hotel. I’ve been to so many 3 and 4 star and have never left a negative review.

Liked: Centrally located, beautiful architecture!!
Disliked: It is very sad that the staff here is overwhelmed and overworked. I’m not sure what the pay scale is, but it needs to be increased. Cleanliness is not in the details.
