Liked: Bed was comfortable, breakfast was not too bad, and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The office chair in the room was worn out, some of the breakfast items like the biscuits were old and dry, The trash can at the entrance was over full when I arrived and was never emptied..

Otherwise my time at the hotel was phenomenal!

Disliked: I ordered breakfast and really did not enjoy it. By the time I received my pancakes they were cold and I didn't eat them. The syrup was also cold.

Disliked: They charge more then what the room costs for a deposit and it's different every time and they steal your money by not giving you your deposits back.

Good until we got ripped off and dismissed with no help and no follow up.

Liked: Property was beautiful and clean
Disliked: They double charged me and apparently the manager was on a meeting and the front desk person couldnt help. I was promised a call back within the hour. That was yesterday. No call back and I left another message. Horrible costumer service and if I dont get a response, I will have to dispute the charge on my credit card
