Loved it ! already booked...

Liked: The staff is super friendly Easy check inOur room was awsome with a private deck we could relax and watch the strip
Disliked: That our ac was having issues nothing due to there fault they tried to get a technician out asap provided us fans we was completely comfortable

Disliked: The floor was heated even though it wasn’t supposed to be. We even asked staff. When they cleaned the room they kept leaving our door open.

Liked: It was hustling convenient from the Gatlinburg downtown area.
Disliked: The room was dirty especially the floor clearly was not vacuum, the bed not comfortable clearly very old, sagged and cause me so much back pain as disabled person they did not consider me providing a nicer room and comfortable plus they did not honor me to have an accessible room. The commode was to low not even an ADA requirement hight plus it was clogging very nasty. The sink faucet was very old not even operable easy.
