Liked: The owner. Was a lovely hostess.... and because I was the last one down for breakfast I got everything that was left over🤩
Disliked: If I had to criticise... the shower didn't have much power/heat.... but this was down to an old system

Liked: Location was Superb and Walking distance to the local village. Carol and the team were on hand for any guidance and tips, and the Breakfast was lovely :-). Great Stay

Liked: The landlady Carol was brilliant. Very professional and very funny. The hostess with the mostess. Huge room and bed. Lovely breakfast. Views amazing.

Liked: The property was in a really good location, facilities were good also done a really nice breakfast was also options for gluten free and vegan. The host was very friendly and helpful, was very chatty and made everyone feel welcome

Great place with a wonderful...

Liked: Very comfortable stay- nice room with great selection of teas/coffees etc. Carol is a star. We loved our chats with her. It’s a 10-15 minute walk into Hayfield along old railway line for pubs/restaurants. Beautiful views of surrounding countryside. Lovely big windows in the breakfast room. And what a great name!!
Disliked: There’s a bit of noise from the road but not much you can do about this.
