A wonderful couple of days

Liked: The room was clean and I had problems with the blind it was very hard to open. It actually hurt my hand when I was pulling it up. There should’ve been two nightstands on each side of the bed. There was only one. The bathroom towel were nice … my favorite was the outside fire pit and hot tub was nice too bifold doors for help when it got real hot and humid in the pool area

Liked: Beautiful when you first walked in. Staff was super friendly. Offered food on Sunday night because everything is closed. Conveniently located.
Disliked: Black Mold in the ceiling covered with paint, but poorly covered. Found finger nails under our beds after the maids cleaned.

Disliked: Nothing it was amazing

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The elevator stoped working after we went down to see the pool. It was out for HOURS. Our room was on the third floor. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. (I’m 14 weeks out from a knee replacement). It was very slow going and we had to do the stairs 4 more times that evening. Not a form of compensation was discussed or offered!
