Beautiful and comfortable accommodations!

Liked: The lobby bar was cozy and welcoming - the live music a great touch! It's a great space to relax, work, or socialize. I was upgraded to a suite, and it was very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the location was quiet and walkable.
Disliked: I would have liked to be able to log into my Netflix account on the TV. While I did make coffee in the room using the Nespresso machine, I think adding a coffee option at the lobby bar would be nice.

Liked: Always greeted very warmly . It was our 28th wedding anniversary and we received a fabulous bottle of wine from the staff. We felt very special.

Wonderful friendly boutique hotel in...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel design and facilities are new, beautiful, high quality and very clean. The room size was big enough for the 4 of us. The location was perfect for us (we wanted a boutique hotel in the UWS).
Disliked: The hotel doesn't offer a breakfast or an arrangement with a close by caffe. We stayed at the 9th floor and even though the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, at night we still heard the street noise, in addition we all felt that the bed's mattresses were way too soft.

Disliked: No bfast options, no room service, room amenities could be improved upon

Disliked: No bathtub in the bathroom. No breakfast nor room service available.
