A great hotel to stay...

Liked: Great vibe to the bar and loved the decor. Room was spacious .
Disliked: Bar didn’t open until 5pm and no room service.

Nothing but clean room

Liked: The room was spacious, very clean. Evening live music in the lobby bar was great.
Disliked: Absence of breakfast and room service was unexpected for a 5 star hotel. The lobby bar was fully occupied from people from outside and there was no possibility to use this hotel facility. The receptionist didn’t make any effort to check the possibility for a late check-out. I’ve asked just for an additional hour since my some didn’t feel well.

Perfect location, amazing staff and...

Liked: The location was perfect for us - UWS, so close to great food options (restaurants and grocery stores) and great subway access to the 1 line. Neighborhood is quiet but close to lots of shops and restaurants and it is a nice walk through Central Park to other cultural options on UES. Staff here is super friendly, very professional and helpful - rooms are lovely - very well set up, newly renovated and super clean.
Disliked: The only tiny thing is that the Nespresso capsules are not Nespresso brand, so they don't taste like Nespresso. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Upper West side gem!

Liked: Excellent location, clean new rooms, great staff at the hotel. We loved staying at The Wallace and would gladly stay there next time.
