Liked: Everything was fine. All the essentials were there: the room was clean and well-equipped, the bed was large and very comfortable, the shower was decent, the location was convenient. I had a good stay. Otherwise, it was nothing special and rather overpriced for what it was.

The hotel is distinctly overhyped. The service was not very responsive: the complimentary goodies in the minibar are supposed to be refreshed daily but they were not, unless specifically requested. There is no turndown service. The walls are a bit thin. There was no view from the room, though the size of the room was decent and it was well-equipped. The towels are on the small side and there is no place to hang them. I had a good stay, but the hotel is rather overpriced for what I got.

Liked: A lovely and large hotel room that was recently renovated with wood flooring, modern technology and a very friendly staff. I plan to return!
Disliked: Nothing I didn't like.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and the location was central to a lot of activities. The room was very large for a New York hotel.
Disliked: No restaurant although booking.com website says there is. They only have tapas

Our short stay was excellent...

Liked: The Staff was superb and my my girlfriend was very impressed. We will make it our "go to location" going forward.
Disliked: Everything was great except for the rain..lol
