Disliked: I’m really disappointed they don’t like to photograph lobby I feel really bad I was there at other hotels It’s no problem. But this hotel people say don’t take a photograph. This is really bad experience look like a very unprofessional because we are not selling the pictures just memories. It’s very simple.

Liked: Location is good, not a lot of things happening around so let say its chill, bed is comfy, and receptionists are very nice!
Disliked: You can hear everything inside the rooms, doors slamming and opening back and forth from the cleaning staff, after 9:30 you can’t rest because you will hear the cleaning staff outside, the other thing we didnt like is that the day we were leaving the cleaning staff knocked our door very early to know the time of checkout… you do not bother guest in the morning for this, this information they should get from the front desk. Bed sheets when folded were very wrinkled and so were the towels folded on our second day which they moved around and then we couldnt know whos towel was which, they dont even fold the paper when they clean, frette collection needs a change because they look like they have gone through a battlefield and last but not least there are 3 guys at the lobby who are very nice but they should open the doors of the front of the hotel more frequently than they spend talking, when going to luxury hotels you do appreciate the doorman take into account when arriving to open the door not just stand there.

A great stay!

Liked: Stay here for two nights to celebrate my son’s birthday. The room is very nice and have enough space for our family ( two adults and two kids). The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. On the roof top, we also have chance to watch the Independence Day fire works!
Disliked: There is no view because of the tall buildings around the hotel.
