Exceptional service and comfort! Easy...

Liked: I cannot say enough GOOD about the Wainscott Inn and their staff. I had what started as a one week stay due to a family death that extended to 3 weeks. My stay was stressful helping my elderly uncle adjust to life after his wife of 50 years died suddenly. The room was perfect for a single traveler. I was able to park right outside my room making it easy to unload and load my car. I never felt unsafe. Every request I made (and believe me, they started before I even arrived!), was welcomed with a cheerful response and a “no problem “. Extra pillows…there when I arrived. Room for a short person (IYKYK), no problem. Extra creamer, no problem. Computer wouldn’t fit in the outlet by the desk…let me bring you an extension cord. They set it up while I was gone! That’s service! Needed important documents printed, no problem. Didn’t leave the room on Saturday before the cleaning team finished … the General Manager refreshed my room! Patty, the GM, was extremely helpful and kind during my stay. I HIGHLY recommend the Wainscott Inn.
Disliked: The shower was small but the water was hot and forceful and there were plenty of clean, fresh towels. They are beginning renovations soon, so don’t let that keep you away.
