Very good

Liked: The staff were lovely. The garden was very nice and unexpected as there is no pictures on the site of the lovely area they have.it was 5 min walk from tube.
Disliked: The carpet in the hall could do with a clean

Felt safe, easy to get...

Liked: How close it was too the tube and was very clean and had 24/7 reception
Disliked: Just I would have liked to know beforehand we where in a basement room but other than that everything was pretty good

It was a good hotel...

Liked: I loved the location as it’s close to the tube stations .
Disliked: As the room was directly next to the main door it was quite noisy especially when people are entering at 2-3 am

Small, but comfortable, quiet and...

Liked: Nice hotel, friendly staff, very clean and well distributed with a little garden in the rear to eat outside if the weather is nice. Location is good, too, with Baron Court Station not far.
Disliked: I'm perhaps a little old fashioned, but I do like a luggage holding rack so my bag is not on the floor for unpacking. Also, the plug near the bed did not work properly. Luckily, there were others.
