The W14 Hotel

Lovely place, lovely staff. Breakfast was OK.

Liked: The very friendly welcome and lovely staff.
Disliked: None.

Good value, safe location, small,...

Liked: Room was fine. Clean, newer stuff. Private bathroom. Temperature was good (not sure it had AC but open window made it nice)
Disliked: Very small room (which was fine). Pillows sucked-- very thin and hard. Needs to be addressed. Otherwise comfortable for 1 person. No way you could stay in that room with 2 people.

Liked: Booked this hotel due to proximity of venue we were attending, ideal location, short walk from south Kensington Station.
Disliked: There was nothing to complain about

Liked: The air conditioner and the bed was really good, very comfortable.
Disliked: The first day we came in, everything was good. One of the toilet button was almost broken so we didn't use that as we'd have to pay the deposit for it in case it broke even more. Second day.....my partner and I were about to go to bed, while I was in the toilet, I suddenly saw a COCKROACH on the sink. I was alright and I killed it but my partner wasn't able to sleep properly throughout the night because of it. I called the reception and the guy said that "we're so sorry for that ma'am", I said thank you and this is to let you know. We've been to many places in terms of hotels, never have I seen a cockroach in it. The guy, when we checked out, didn't even smile or said anything about it. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR SHOULD ANYONE ELSE. If the place was a restaurant, it'd be closed down. We were genuinely so disgusted by it.
