Great location, lovely room, kind...

Liked: Great location - only minutes walk from West Kensington tube station, but lovely and quiet. Very kind and helpful welcome from the receptionist. The room felt surprisingly modern, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing.
Disliked: Being in the basement, you do hear footsteps overhead. Thankfully I had my earplugs!

Liked: Enjoyed the hotel great location, comfortable and spotlessly clean

Enjoy staying here!

Liked: The hotel wasn't that far from West Kensington underground. I was nicely welcomed when I first arrived. My room was an upgrade on the lower ground floor with private bathroom and a very comfy bed which I slept well in. I was asked if I wanted breakfast but I decided to have a lie in instead. I certainly will be staying here again.
