Liked: The cleanliness, very peaceful in every way, Impeccable location with truly magical public gardens just round the corner.. not to mention the impeccable staff. Perfect in most ways indeed.
Disliked: There was no toothpaste, broken shower head that could have fallen on my head and knocked me out..and the safe didn't work.. however all very minor in comparison to everything right about the room, staff and location.

Liked: We did not have breakfast. Rooms very clean. Pillows and beds not the comfiest but clean. Working AC - actually too cold. Area seemed to be a little sketchy at night! Room could use minor updates but overall enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel for a London...

Liked: This was the perfect solution for a London visit. Great location, next to local pubs and food, multiple underground stops, and easy and safe access. Bonus, you can jump on the underground to go directly to Heathrow. The hotel was clean, spacious, modern, and the staff was fantastic. I will definitely use this hotel the next time I visit London.
Disliked: The WiFi was not great. I wished it was faster.
