Liked: We liked that the room rate included Land of Natura and access toOther facilities it was nice
Disliked: Check in was terrible experience, myself , wife and adult children thought person was condescending arrogant and we were not comfortable asking questions because they felt it would make situation worse. We just spent three days at Christmas Mountain and we added on another day to our trip at the Last minute so we booked The Vue as it gave us the things we wanted , Natura and the Zoo. Those places were both exceptional but our face to face experience was not a good one the one and only opportunity we had to actually talk to your staff was not a great experience which was check in. The WholeFamily will tell you that all 4 of us and we are allAdults Also the shower was moldy needs a good scrubbing but rest of the room was good. I had a request for a first floor room and didn’t appreciate the no response to my request, it’s OK to not get my request but disrespectful to not even get a response and felt that asking during check in wouldHave made our experience worse.we were enjoying or trying to enjoy our time there and felt that any more conversation would have escalated the negative experience

Disliked: Motel is old and dirty air conditioner was very very loud the room smell bad but it was the motel they should renovate the bathrooms and the room hasn't been done for ages
