Superb

Good stay

Liked: The view from the room
Disliked: The bathroom us too small and the lighting is very dull

Exceptional

Very good

Liked: Beautiful view of the river; very comfortable and cozy beds and plenty of space for a pack and play for our son. The staff was friendly, free drink when you arrived!
Disliked: Multiple bugs in the hotel, including a spider that came down from the roof and sat on my knee for a brief moment...eek. There was a long wait for the elevator too

Liked: From the attention to the exit, everything was very good. Clean and very nice. For us it was perfect!

Spider infestation

Liked: The location was right down town and easy access to all of the main attractions.
Disliked: Our room was infested with spiders. So many that we decided to drive home early and not stay our second night. Even my husband who isn’t afraid of spiders was uncomfortable with spending another night in the room and kept finding spiders everywhere.

Disappointing

Liked: the view was nice, within walking distance from the downtown area, nice river walk. the room was clean,
Disliked: the room was disappointing. VERY small bathroom, no area for your toiletries. The air conditioner was SO loud I could not sleep, and the heat was TOO awful to turn it off. This room also had a broken sink faucet that you could not get cold water out of. For the price paid, these things should have been addressed before re-renting.
