Liked: The Vista is a popular hotel. It's older but very clean and staff are very accommodating. Nice pool and area to sit to lunch. Rooms are spacious. Receptionists were helpful to provide info on restaurants and places to visit.Our granddaughters beanie baby was lost in the sheets and taken to the laundry and receptionist Tia made extra efforts to find Baby Dog . My granddaughter was elated at having him returned! Lastly the location is perfect. Close to the beach and other sites.
Disliked: We were surprised that we were located on top level and had to drag our luggage up 19 stairs to our room. Later we learned there was another entrance with 8 stairs. But as Seniors stairs and luggage are a big pain.

Liked: Love the location & view from our room & big swimming pool. The staff is excellent! Although it’s an older hotel, the rooms are clean
Disliked: Would like to see them update the bedspreads to something cheerier. The rooms are a bit dark & it would help.

Comfortable stay in Gloucester

Liked: I liked the room size which was spacious.Glad it came with an ice bucket and wine glasses, coffeemaker too.Welcome the option to collect ice (for free) to beat the summer heat.The staff Tia and Robin were both warm and helpful! Mike was great too!
Disliked: The air-conditioning works,but does sound louder than most air conditioners in other accomodations. Not a deal breaker so it's fine.

Perfect spot for a beautiful...

Liked: The view was beautiful. The staff were friendly and inviting. It was the perfect location to walk to the beach. Nice breakfast and pool.
Disliked: The bathroom was small. The shower lay out was a small outdated tub and awkward placement of shampoo and conditioner dispensers.
