Disappointing

Liked: Luxury
Disliked: The unaware charges. The only charge I knew about was valet parking because the breakfast was included with my booking and yet they’ve charged my card twice, and it’s been 5 days, and no manager has yet to reach back out! Highest hotel in the area and no pool. Didn’t feel comfortable in the William & Henry restaurant!

I love this hotel and...

Liked: Each time I’ve stayed here I have been impressed by the friendly and professional staff. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. I appreciate the fitness room and that it is clean with up to date equipment.

Great getaway for couples and...

Liked: The location is good if you are looking for a spot downtown. The hotel provides excellent service and accommodations with several different on-site restaurants. Nice , clean, spacious rooms. My wife loves the white robes provided in the rooms.
Disliked: nothing

Perfect for an evening of...

Liked: The historic aspect was beautiful and right down the block from our destination to our stay. Very helpful staff.
Disliked: Could be priced better given the lack of no pool or hot tub. And the key card for the elevator was a hassle but let us feel safe.

This was my second stay...

Liked: The ambiance is peaceful and classy. There are a few different options for dining. It was too chilly for the rooftop restaurant but the view is beautiful.
