Liked: The check process was horrible. Had to use the kiosk and the representative on the kiosk had a difficult time providing a receipt. She kept pulling up the wrong reservation.
Disliked: Several lights in the room did not work.

Was ok stay

Liked: The room was recently remodeled. Bed were very comfortable. Real good water pressure water temperature. Was a quick walk to many great restaurants, Pasta Joe's dog friendly place.
Disliked: Request the ground floor room last week. Ground floor room # 113 was confirmed by Shawn the day before. But was given second floor #219. Was told there was not real any available. Without not letting a returning guest check back into the ground floor, they had checked out of the day before.????Found that the front window, outer pain, was broken from being shot by maybe a BB gun. Told the guy at the desk to make sure that the hotel did not add it to our bill!

Exceptional

Liked: Off the Main Road so less traffic and noise, yet close to food. Quaint, comfy, nice cheerful welcome. Tastefully done. Loved all the brochures, helped a lot.
Disliked: A tad bit bright with lights outside. Guess I like a really dark room.

Liked: The room was clean and a nice size bathroom. Good location - one block from the main road, so it was quiet.
Disliked: Staff was friendly but slow and didn't seem well trained.
