Disliked: No Air Conditioning In room coffee machines were very bad - nowhere to get coffee on premises other than more keurigs like in room. Watery gross coffee with powdered creamer

Location is good, staff was...
Liked: The location is wonderful.
Disliked: Staff couldn't be bothered to care that we were there. Hot tub was cold. Most likely coming off a long-season, but just unacceptable. First person seemed like it a chore to answer any of our questions (we maybe had 3 questions total about public transportation and where the pool was). Morning representative let out a very audible sigh when we asked for a late check out due to a conflicting appt. Super unprofessional regardless if available or not. Will probably get a canned response about how someone was checking into our room, but I assure you this hotel was empty. It's shoudler season, and they have the longest turnover period a hotel I have seen (check out at 10am and check in at 4pm).
