Liked: Everything was great! Location, room, incredibly accommodating people, the pool and gym. Some nice little touches like first round of the mini bar on the house, welcome bottle of wine.

Disliked: Two single beds knocked together to create a double and the near-fatal rug in the room.

Absolutely great hotel, refinement and...

Liked: This was my third visit and it always lives up to my expectations. Spacious rooms with a nice complementary gin & tonic set, luxury soaps, turndown service and all the perks you expect from a top hotel. The absolute highlight is the breakfast, from the great buffet to the eggs or the delicious coffee. The rooftop is also top notch.

A fantastic experience in Lisbon

Liked: Your staff are just wonderful. Always ready with kind advice and a smile.We stayed 4 nights and went to the Spa every day. Nicole was so lovely and warm. She even gave us a farewell hug!Diago was very quick to make sure we took ubers which are so much cheaper than taxis.Jefferson was very helpfull with our bags.We cant remember everyones names but want you to know your staff are outstanding in professional service and friendliness.I highly recommend your hotel as a most superior stay in Lisbon.Breakfast was marvellous.
Disliked: A long mirror in the room please.
