It was hassle free checking...

Liked: I use a walker & the unit had great space indoors to move around without any obstacles. The open shower was great & all facilities were clean & tidy. The bed was comfy too!
Disliked: No issues all positive experience.

Very nice and would stay...

Liked: Very pleasant and kind owners allowed me to extend my stay. Loved the collection of kitch knick knacks in reception.
Disliked: Nothing - only that there was no recycle bin in carpark to drop off my own rubbish.

Disliked: I could not find staff when I needed them

Convenient and comfortable

Liked: Comfortable motel room just across the river within walking distance into town. I would stay here again, very economical for Stanthorpe.

No restaurant onsite

Liked: The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was awesome
Disliked: The whole reason I booked there was there was supposed to be an Italian restaurant there for dinner and there wasn't and breakfast was available but nowhere did it say you needed to order it the night before, when I inquired about breakfast the receptionist said the order forms are in the information booklet. Again there wasn't any order forms in the room. She told us they would leave some in the room for tomorrow but she didn't. they did let us order breakfast finally the last day, it was good, but the need update they're website.

Disappointing

Liked: Location was excellent walking distance to the main street
Disliked: The bed was so rock hard that neither of us slept either night. There were springs poking out the side of the mattress

Welcoming and great value

Liked: Room comfortable with an upgrade coming soon, I gather. Staff excellent and very friendly and welcoming . Lovely Italian restaurant just up the road. Both recommended.
