Disliked: We asked for a quiet room. They put us on the 2nd floor above the garden being used for a late night wedding party!There was NO hot water to bath or shower in the evening.They could not cope with breakfast guests as well as wedding guests SO WE LEFT with no breakfast.Room was so so small .

Liked: Location good, nice and quiet. Good parking
Disliked: No lift. Lots of little steps, no good for someone with mobility issues. Went into room and could hear loud extractor fans, we were told these would go off when the kitchens closed. They didnt go off until at least 11pm, they then came back on at 3.30am. There is no air con, so had to have windows open so the fan noise was even worse. No hot water, were told would be back on by 8.30pm, it wasnt, it was much later. The website shows restaurant menu, so decided to eat in restaurant. Only food available was bar menu which was poor quality.
