Disliked: Feel so unlucky to live there around this time They closed the other building so we still have to pay the same amount of money without gym and other function Plus they constantly pushed us to change room Btw they don’t have enough public toilet so u will have to share only one bathroom with lots of people together

Disliked: The check in was clunky, so i called to ask what i could do about checking in as i easnt able to get there physically. The staff member told me that reception was 24/7 so I could check in when I got there. However this advice was wrong and the staff re-booked my room. That, to me was not right, particularly as I paid.

Liked: I stayed in a private queen room, and alhough I was told that there were no towels and toiletries that must be for the dorms, as I had both. Toiletries and towels supplied and room air conditioned. Room was quiet and comfortable. Good kitchen for backpackers, and I believe there are organised activities. Huge TV screen and you can use your own apps. Location is handy for Central Station and was able to find a Lebanese and Indian restaurants five minutes up the road. Seemed safe enough early as there was a show on at the Grand Electric next door. Staff were friendly but didnt know some local information in regards to restaurants locally. Maybe an information folder would be good.
Disliked: I was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs, if you are young and fit you will get your bags up there Ok, otherwise may be a bit of a struggle. Everything very technological, thought I had checked in through app, but apparenty I could not do that for my room. TV was very techno as well so could not work it. Younger people more technologically savvy would have no problems.

Liked: What struck me right away was the warm welcome upon my arrival. I felt like an important guest — we had a little chat, and then they walked me to my room, even asking if I needed help with my luggage.The rooms are really cozy and clean; I slept wonderfully.After a long trip, I was also able to stretch out in the gym inside the facility. They even organize Pilates classes!I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Sydney :)
