Sweaty in Richfield Springs

Liked: Very clean and great location for us.
Disliked: We weren't able to adjust the A/C unit to cool lower than 72 and 73 at night. We woke up sweaty.

Very good

Liked: We stayed for one night. The room and bathroom are small, but very clean and comfortable. This is not our first time here and we always stay at this motel. We recommend it.
Disliked: Queen size bed, not King

Don’t do it! They are...

Liked: Nothing! I was denied a room because the owners lied about being pet friendly.
Disliked: The property has NOT been renovated! It is OLD and outdated as well as 22 miles from Little Falls, NY out in the boonies. No one was staying there when I pulled in.

Affordable and very clean

Liked: Reasonable price, clean, close to restaurants. Nothing fancy, but absolutely fine.
Disliked: People arrived next door around midnight and we could hear them talking loudly. Turned on fan to block them out.
