Very will and dynamic staffs...

Liked: Close to every basic necessities
Disliked: Very clean, the most clean backpacker I have ever stayed in Australia, it has ensuit which is a plus for me. Kitchen is big and very clean as well, common area is big and clean

Beautiful location with great staff...

Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms and clean kitchen plus ensuite
Disliked: Friendly staff willa who takes her time to address issue communicate clearly

Better than other hostels, but...

Liked: Great location, just next to Melbourne Central. The whole place was very clean and quiet. Beddings were provided as well. It was very easy to enter the hostel and the room, thanks to the Goki app that is used there.
Disliked: It was quite cold inside rooms, especially during the night, kitchen was freezing. WiFi connection was so bad that I couldn’t use it at all, and that should be a guarantee. Kitchen was supposed to be opened at 7am, but there was nobody until 8am on the day that I was supposed to check out early, so I was forced to leave some food in the fridge.

Liked: This Hostel is really good. The Beds are comfortable and you have white Linen. The Bathrooms are perfectly cleaned, especially because of the two Housekeepers who were doing the Toilets and Shower deep clean this Tuesday. After their work, the Toilets are clean. 10/10 ! Even If i don’t like that the Kitchen closes at 10 pm and i wish there would be more public eating events e.g. Free Pancakes Breakfast. But All in All i really like this Hostel especially the cleanliness and the other people. Not just the other guest but also the Stuff who is super friendly.

Awesome for back pack packers...

Liked: Very clean and good value for money. Kitchen was awesome .Staff were awesome too.
Disliked: There needs to be more rubbish bins throughout the place. Toilet and shower facilities could be alot more inviting
