Bad

Disliked: We checked in (the cashier asked for my card's pin number which was a little sketchy if you ask me) and went up to our room. The room was filthy and smelled so bad of cigarettes that we could not breathe. We asked to be moved to a non-smoking room in which none were available. We had to call booking.com to have a refund issued for the room because there was just no way at all my mom and I could've stayed there.

Harveys non understanding on Pet...

Disliked: Being charged 15.00 for pet deposit whichy friend was suppose to come and of course dog goes everywhere with him big he decided not to come so I ask for money back and was told NO. That's not fair!!!
