OK, basic, no breakfast available.

Liked: Basic but comfortable
Disliked: Bathroom a bit wiffy.It was Saturday night, Newcastle had won so the bar was a bit rowdy with load music playing. To be fair the music stopped at 11pm but if you had young children avoid Saturday nights.

Liked: Rooms are always clean. Shower and toilet more spacious than other rooms
Disliked: Have stayed here many times over the last 5 years and rooms have always been adequate. This time was allocated room 7 which was tiny and really not enough space for 2 adults. It was very cramped.The pub downstairs this time was very noisy and even after closing there was a lot of noise, doors slamming and loud voices.Did not really get a good night's sleep this time which after 4 nights is not good.Hopefully just a one off, but really do not want room 7 again!Although not a major issue, housekeeping did not seem as good.

Liked: The bed was so comfortable! Also the bar downstairs was friendly and the girls ordered a taxi for us to go to our venue.
Disliked: Nothing everything was great
