Not ideal but staff turned...

Liked: The staff!!! The hostel is new and very clean!
Disliked: Our AC unit wasn't working so we had no heating in the room which was not ideal. However the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that even though the heating wasn't working that we stayed warm. Eloise and the german guy (sorry we don't remember the name...) provided exceptional service! They made our stay wonderful.

Liked: Amazing location. Very clean and comfortable hostel! Staff are super friendly and helpful and really keep shared areas spotless (not common in a hostel). Totally recommend!
Disliked: A bit noisy. We had a private room and had the constant noise of a water tank/ pipes next to the bed + people running up and down the stairs at night

Little Drifter suited my needs...

Liked: Fantastic location, short walk to the beach on a lovely street. Felt safe and secure. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There is quite a bit of general building noise which you will unfortunately get with accommodation of this type. You could hear water running, fans etc. people moving on the floor above. Guests were considerate and generally quiet.
