Disappointing

Liked: Reception staff was good and friendly
Disliked: AC didn't work well, we were hot and it got switched off every 5 mins. The room window had mud and moles and felt unhygienic, need find worth the amount we paid, very small room for 2 people.

Liked: The staff!!! The hostel is new and very clean!
Disliked: Our AC unit wasn't working so we had no heating in the room which was not ideal. However the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and that even though the heating wasn't working that we stayed warm. Eloise and the german guy (sorry we don't remember the name...) provided exceptional service! They made our stay wonderful.

Liked: Amazing location. Very clean and comfortable hostel! Staff are super friendly and helpful and really keep shared areas spotless (not common in a hostel). Totally recommend!
Disliked: A bit noisy. We had a private room and had the constant noise of a water tank/ pipes next to the bed + people running up and down the stairs at night
