Liked: Perfect location, I loved that my room was right as you walked into the building, I liked having the bottom bunk.The staff were so warm and welcoming and happy to cater to your every need. I would definitely stay here again.They also run free events which is so good. The kitchen system worked well aswell in terms of having your food in baskets and the same in the fridge, really efficient, worked really well.
Disliked: The pillow was a little flat and could have done with another, really, but I never asked, so that's my fault, really.

Liked: The location and people who work there are extremely nice!
Disliked: Upon check-in, I faced an unpleasant situation - the bed was dirty because, according to the staff, the previous guest had somehow returned to the room without permission. While the staff were very friendly, it felt like there was no proper system in place: the rules they set for themselves were neither followed nor enforced. This created a sense of disorganization.As compensation, I was offered a late check-out, which was a nice gesture. However, the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. I decided to upgrade to a personal room, and while this improved the experience.Even in the new room, there were several issues: the lock didn’t work properly from the inside, the sink drained poorly, one of the flush buttons in the toilet didn’t function, and the shower gel dispenser was empty. The walls were also very thin - since many guests live there long-term and form a community, I could hear all the arguments and dramas, which was quite disturbing.Overall, the expectations set by the photos and description did not match the reality unfortunately.
